Can we order less than MOQ？

Yes,this is acceptable ! Usually reach our MOQ (Minimum order Quantity) will got discount prices!

What is the warranty of my fixtures ?

All products purchased from 7Clighting, we’ll provide 12 monthes warranty from the date you order.

Should we pay for spare parts ?

1, During the warranty, if our products defective caused the problems, All spare parts is free of charge provided.(Except Lamp)

2, Out of warranty or problems caused by improper use,you should pay for it.

Can i have my logo on my fixtures ?

Sure ! Order quantity reach 50 units will be free of charge provided.

If not, we will charge the printing cost.

How to ship my order ?

A: We will ship your order via express courier like DHL,Fedex,Ups,Tnt,Ems (usually take 3-10 days for delivery, you will got tracking numbe when your order be ship out)

B: Sea-transport (take 12-45 days for delivery based on your location)

C: Arrange the shipping yourself / Pick up by your arrangement!

How much for the shipping?

Shipping cost was calculated based on the specify products and quantity. please contact us for the specific quote!

How much customs tax should we pay?

We have no idea about your countries tax etc,we suggest you consult with your local customs!

How to reduce the shipping cost!
We suggest you combine some orders together or mixing different products to an order, then ship by sea will be the ideal solutions.

P.S.: If ship by sea, That would be ideal if all cargos upto one cubic meter/ 1000KGs
